We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Service Plumber who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take the next step in their career!. Our Service Technician’s provide top of the line technical services to residential and commercial customers. This includes but is not limited to, emergencies calls, heating, boilers, routine maintenance, installation, commissioning and repair of pumps, boilers and DHWT’s. This role is a great hybrid opportunity for someone looking to take on a leadership position and be apart of our service department!

Here is who you are...
Requirements for Position
- You have a Red Seal Plumbing Certification and Gasfitter “B” Ticket or are working towards one.
- You have at least one year of experience of service in plumbing, specifically boiler experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You have a Class 5 Driver’s license
- You are able to lift up to 50lbs and work on your feet for extended periods of time
Nice to Have's
- Backflow/ Cross Connection Ticket is considered an asset
- Housecall Pro experience is considered an asset
Things you will do...
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance in all aspects of service plumbing and heating, including pipe repairs, fixture replacement, and system upkeep for residential and commercial customers.
- Install and maintain boilers for both residential and commercial applications.
- Accurately document service and installation activities while maintaining detailed customer histories.
- Provide clear explanations to customers regarding work to be done.
- Ensure company equipment is operational by following maintenance protocols, troubleshooting issues, and arranging repairs as needed.
- Keep tools and supplies well-stocked and in optimal condition.
- Stay current in the industry by participating in training opportunities and supplier/factory education sessions.
- Identify and capitalize on potential business opportunities.
- Be available for regular shifts and on-call emergencies.
